At EleBux Jewels, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Processing Time
• All orders require 48 hours for processing before they are shipped.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times & Delivery
• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after processing.
• If an item is out of stock at the closest warehouse to your location, we will ship it from the next closest facility, which may extend the delivery time.
• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• If you do not receive a tracking update within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe. Delivery times may vary based on the destination, customs processing, and local courier services.
Shipping Fees & Duties
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
• If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at hello@elebux.com.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier service disruptions.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
• During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, Black Friday, and special promotions), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
• We recommend placing your order early if you need it by a specific date.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the parcel, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
• If you no longer want the order and it is returned to us, we may issue a refund, excluding shipping costs.
Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping fees to resend the package.
