Return & Refund Policy
At EleBux Jewels, we want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support team at hello@elebux.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions: If your return meets our criteria, we’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Ship Your Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Inspection & Refund/Store Credit: Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved:
• You can choose between a refund (excluding shipping fees) or store credit for future purchases.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returns that are not due to defects or errors.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom jewelry
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
Refund Processing Time
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Some banks may take longer to process refunds.
• If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Cancellations & Order Changes
• Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the order is processed, and we cannot guarantee changes.
